The collar also comes with an emergency handle with neoprene so you can take control of your dog when needed. Great for training. LASTING DURABILITY: Military Grade and Built to Last. This Mil Spec Buckle is high strength with a quick relase buckle allows for easy/quick opening and closing. The buckle holds up to 700 pounds. Our Tactical collars are manufactured from Military-Grade Type 13 Airbone Nylon so you can use it with even the most hardcore K9. SPEC: The collar is 1.5″ wide and fits neck sizes from 15″-20″.
