For the first few times, you should remove ThunderShirt every one to two hours to be sure it is comfortable and fits right. Skin irritation or other problems happen very rarely, but its always best to be careful and check they are comfortable. If you see any signs of discomfort or irritation, please stop using the shirt and contact us. We would suggest taking off your dog’s ThunderShirt a couple of times a day as a minimum when they wear it for longer time periods.

ThunderShirt is made with durable, washable fabric. It may be washed on a regular cold wash cycle. Make sure all of the hook and loop fasteners are connected to avoid the risk that they grab other fabrics in the wash. Hang to dry.
