Our pro slicker brush is perfect for keeping your curly, wiry or thick coated pet looking gorgeous by getting rid of dead hair, knots, tangles and debris from their coat. Perfect for Doodles, Poodles, Bichons, Terriers, Schnauzers, GSDs and Retrievers to name a few, as well as thicker coated cats.

Instructions of use:

Ensure your pet’s coat is clean and dry before you begin. Use the long/hard pin side on dense or knotted areas. These pins are designed to get right down into the undercoat. For more delicate areas, use the short/soft pin side. The flexible head is designed to deliver a gentle brushing experience for your pet.

Start with a soft stroking action to ease through any knots or tangles. Brush vertically with the Pro Slicker handle pointing towards you and downwards. Repeat the brushing action so that your arm moves in a circular motion. Brush in sections, through all areas of your pet’s body including their legs, belly, tail, ears and head.

While you are doing this, take time to look and feel over each part of your pet. Knowing your pet’s contours and form helps you to know what is normal, so you can quickly identify and seek advice for anything that is new or unusual.

For weekly maintenance:

Brush vertically with the Pro Slicker handle pointing towards you and downwards. Repeat the brushing action so that your arm moves in a circular motion. For best results, use Pro Slicker as part of a weekly maintenance routine in conjunction with a Grooming Comb.

Important: keep out of reach of children. Use extra care when using any grooming aid with sharp edges.
